WIS anticipate to deliver all of our products in their glorious condition to any of your destinations, wherever in the world it may be. We takes ‘transportation’ very seriously and rely on our trusted partners to carry out the deliveries. Prior to dispatch from the workshop we careful pack all of our products in water-proof films/membranes and cardboard and/or timber containers, where necessary, to ensure that our products are delivered in safe & sound condition to you.


The cost for product delivery is calculated on individual basis. The standard home to door delivery in London and Home Counties is FREE. However, the standard home to door delivery charge in UK mainland (except London and Home Counties) is £80 + VAT per order. The delivery and handling service (unpacking, placing the product in your chosen position on the ground floor, removing packing), is charged at a minimum of £200 + VAT for up to 3 items. In cases where on-site assembly is required or product lifting into 1st floor or above, the service is charged at a minimum of £300 + VAT. The standard delivery takes place between 9am-6pm on Mon-Fri. However, we can arrange the delivery at times that best suit you, including any requirements for hoisting or the delivery of the furniture through a window, which will incur additional costs. Optionally, you are welcome to arrange for your own delivery, in which case the products should be picked up from our workshop.


We can deliver our products and perform on-site assembly at any location around the world. Please request a quotation from us providing your order details and address. The costs of international transportation, truck, air or sea, will primary depend on product size and weight.


We recommend that you take responsibility to check the accessibility of the products through your doorway, hallway, stairs as well as have sufficient ceiling height or any other limiting boundaries that can obstruct the handling of the product in your desired space. If you are unsure, we offer access check service that is charged at £80 + VAT for visits in Central London, charges for visits in other areas will be quoted on individual basis. It may be the case that you would require hoisting or the delivery of the furniture through a window, which we will be able to provide an advice on.


We will contact you few weeks prior to product delivery to arrange a date and time of your convenience for the delivery to take place. The estimated delivery window will be provided to you in your quotation / invoice, but is not guaranteed and should be used as a guidance only. For the delivery to take place, all of the costs for the product and/or delivery have to be settled. Depending on the type of the delivery you have chosen, on the day of the delivery, the furniture will be unloaded, placed in a space of your choice, unpacked and the packaging removed from your property.


Please note that we bear no responsibility for products damaged in transit once they have left our workshop. On request, we are happy to provide quotations and arrange for special insurance to take place on your behalf.


If for any reason you are unable to take the delivery of the products on the agreed day, this will incur additional costs of minimum £80 + VAT per day for arranged storage and extra charges for transportation and labour. If for any reason you are unable to provide us with a convenient delivery day in two weeks window of the product completion day, or the product has to await your collection from our workshop for more than two weeks after the product was completed an additional charge of £80 + VAT per day will be incurred.
